The Decon Connect app stores no personal information whatsoever, the only details we retain are your company issued member ID and password in an encrypted format for the purposes of your login to request your PPE gear be washed or maintained.
You can not create a new user or modify your member number, this is managed by your employer.

Decon Connect takes all reasonable steps to ensure the security of our system, and your registered information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and any account login information. Login passwords are encrypted. We will not be held responsible for any events arising from unauthorised access of your account.
